BuildingPoint Pacific has an immediate need for an experienced Sales Manager at our San Leandro, CA location.
BuildingPoint Pacific is the authorized distribution partner in California and Hawaii for the Trimble Buildings Portfolio of products. Our Design-Build-Operate solutions combine a host of hardware, software, and field technologies to help industry professionals do their job more efficiently. The person in the position plans, organizes and directs a wide variety of complex sales and marketing functions, including forming relationships and communicate with clients at a senior/executive level to promote the brand. Requires a strong general knowledge of company policies and procedures applicable to BuildingPoint. Hires and supervises field sales representatives and maintains liaison with customers and key industry and division personnel as needed.
Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university in Business or closely related field, and a minimum of ten years directly related experience preferably in a commercial construction environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Our ideal candidate will have experience leading successful sales teams.
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
