Peterson has an immediate need for an experienced Regional Manager for Rental Services in our Southern Oregon region. Reporting to the General Manager of Rental, the Regional Manager of Rental Services is responsible for managing region operations for machines and the related equipment for the rental business.
Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and
applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning,
assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;
addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure all staff understands and lives
Peterson’s Core Values and attends courses such as Brand Ambassador that teach and
encourage these values.
Responsible for analyzing Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) results, holding results meetings,
providing feedback to direct reports and/or workgroups and creating and implementing action
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in a related field from an accredited college or university;
and seven years’ related experience in the rental equipment business, including three
years of management responsibility, or the equivalent combination of education and
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record
