The Benefits Administrator will perform a wide variety of corporate benefit functions including administering and maintaining benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Examples of duties include the following:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES
Associates Degree in Business, Accounting or related area and three to five years benefits or Human Resources experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Have working knowledge administering COBRA and FMLA laws. Experience working with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
Must have strong Microsoft Office skills, and advanced skills in Excel.
